Background
I developed a bold yet minimal packaging system using a restricted colour palette to create harmony across the range while allowing each flavour to stand out individually. Each drink is powered by its own high energy fuel, reinforcing the idea that every flavour delivers a unique burst of performance.
Challenge
Reimagine a neon-heavy category with a refined approach that still communicated energy, movement, and strong shelf presence.
Solution
Designed a dynamic visual system using ultra-wide perspective illustration, confident typography, and controlled colour. The result is a contemporary, high-impact take on energy drink branding.

For this design, I imagined the drink being infused with rocket fuel, so I created a fictional flavour combining grape and liquid hydrogen. I chose the colour purple to reflect the grape element, and blended the sound a rocket might make with the fruit itself to create the name Whooshgrape.

The same concept was applied to the other two drinks. For this one, I imagined a drink infused with high-octane road fuel and beetroot. I chose the colour red to reflect the beetroot element, and combined the sound a race car might make with the ingredient itself to create the name Vroombeet.
For this variation, I imagined the drink being infused with aviation kerosene and apricot. I used orange to represent the apricot flavour and drew inspiration from the powerful sound of a fighter jet. Blending that sound with the fruit created the name Roaricot.

Each can features its own primary colour, paired with a shared green base to unify the range. While the layout remains consistent across all cans, each drink has a unique illustration and text variations, giving every flavour its own fictional backstory.
